Prices and discounts
All discounts are calculated based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
The minimum order is 500 euro.
Free shipping from 1000 euro.
To all orders between 500 and 1000 euro we add a shipping cost calculated separately with regard to the shipping prices form appropriate country.

Payment terms
We prefer advance payments, especially when our client is new.

Complaints
All damaged and/or missing games due to manhandled and/or depleted shipment may become a subject of a complaint. Complaints are processed on the basis of a damage report filled in by a courier as well as photos depicting damaged parcels and merchandise. In order
